Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and wallet PIN confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Requests, quotations, and orders
Quotations describe indicative terms; a binding order is created when you confirm and fund the quotation via your wallet. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to supplier, freight, customs, and force-majeure factors.
Wallet and payments
Wallet balances represent funds held for platform use. Funds may be held in escrow against active orders. PIN, KYC, and step-up authentication controls apply to deposits, withdrawals, and payouts as displayed in your dashboard.
Marketplace and dispute protection
Marketplace purchases are subject to our dispute-protection policy. Sellers must accurately describe listings; buyers must inspect and confirm receipt promptly. We may hold funds or reverse transactions where policy violations are established.
Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activities, sanctions evasion, prohibited goods, fraudulent transactions, or any activity that undermines platform integrity or security.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms, applicable law, or platform policies have been violated. You may close your account at any time subject to settling outstanding obligations.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Apotoe Imports coordinates suppliers, freight, and customs partners; product warranties are provided by the applicable supplier where offered.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Apotoe Imports' place of incorporation. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the binding written agreement provided at onboarding.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
